Teamwork is an integration of team members. The students break up into groups of 5 to 6, sitting in a circle. The groups discuss and choose five qualities most essential to being a friendly and welcome personality and present them in detail on a chart. Each group prepares a poster neatly, showing their five chosen qualities through pictures cut out from newspapers or magazines. These posters are displayed. The students move around seeing the signs and copy down on a sheet of paper the various qualities listed on the posters.

Grooming of a team

Corporate Team Building  is team management, which helps them to accomplish the given task. Many qualities will be repeated on different posters- they should put a tick against that quality each time they find it repeated.
